Manufacturing Technician Review

Manufacturing & OperationsFull-timeOn-site
Aug 30, 2025

What I liked

Stable daily routine, solid benefits and healthcare, and decent job security. The facilities and lab safety standards are good and there is clear focus on product quality.

Areas for improvement

Work can be repetitive, salary growth is slow, and communication from senior management could be better. Training for career growth is available but limited for shop-floor roles.

Senior R&D Scientist Review

Research & DevelopmentFull-timeHybrid
Jun 12, 2025

What I liked

Great exposure to analytical instruments (LC/MS, GC), supportive manager, generous benefits and a clear focus on scientific innovation. Lots of opportunities to present at conferences and work with cross-functional teams.

Areas for improvement

As a large company there can be layers of process and slow decision-making at times. Internal approvals can delay smaller projects.

Software Engineer II Review

Software EngineeringFull-timeHybrid
Apr 3, 2025

What I liked

Good tech stack, strong mentorship program, and chance to work on instrument control software that impacts real lab workflows. Flexible hours and regular training budgets help skill growth.

Areas for improvement

Promotion cycles are slower than expected and there is occasionally too much coordination required with hardware teams which delays releases.

Account Manager Review

Feb 20, 2025

What I liked

Strong product portfolio and brand recognition in life sciences and diagnostics. Commission structure is fair, colleagues are collaborative, and the technical pre-sales support is excellent.

Areas for improvement

Travel can be heavy for field roles and targets can be aggressive in some quarters. Internal reporting can feel bureaucratic.
