ClaimsFull-timeOn-site
Apr 12, 2025

What I liked

Steady workload and hands-on experience with different types of claims. Direct manager was helpful and training was thorough when I joined.

Areas for improvement

A lot of paperwork and older systems make the job slower. Limited remote options and growth felt capped in my location.

Underwriting Analyst Review

UnderwritingFull-timeHybrid
Feb 10, 2025

What I liked

Supportive manager, good benefits and a real focus on work-life balance. Hybrid schedule works well and there are solid learning opportunities in underwriting.

Areas for improvement

Can be bureaucratic at times and approvals are slow. Salary growth is okay but lags market in some areas.
