What I liked

Hands-on field work, clear safety procedures, supportive supervisors and decent travel allowances. ANI Integrated Services gives good exposure to different client sites and practical troubleshooting experience.

Areas for improvement

Long travel and sometimes unpredictable hours. Salary growth is slow and promotion paths are limited for field staff.
