What I liked

Bitdefender has an excellent brand in cybersecurity which makes conversations with prospects easier. The company supports remote work, commissions are clear, and marketing/sales alignment is good. I learned a lot about enterprise sales and security buying processes.

Areas for improvement

Quotas can be aggressive near quarter ends leading to long hours. Onboarding varies by manager and region, so some reps get more structured training than others.

What I liked

Working at Bitdefender means being part of a strong cybersecurity product team. The engineering culture is solid, the tech stack is modern, and teammates are very supportive. Flexible hours and hybrid days make it easy to balance work and family.

Areas for improvement

Compensation could be more competitive compared to some Western EU companies. Cross-team processes can be a bit bureaucratic at times, which slows down feature delivery.
