What I liked

Bitdefender has an excellent brand in cybersecurity which makes conversations with prospects easier. The company supports remote work, commissions are clear, and marketing/sales alignment is good. I learned a lot about enterprise sales and security buying processes.

Areas for improvement

Quotas can be aggressive near quarter ends leading to long hours. Onboarding varies by manager and region, so some reps get more structured training than others.
