What I liked

Good commission structure, solid product reputation in healthcare IT and EHR, lots of pipeline support and marketing materials. Remote-first work is great for work/life balance.

Areas for improvement

Can be territory-driven pressure, some bureaucracy around contracting and legal that slows deals.

What I liked

Worked on interesting hospital implementations and learned a lot about clinical workflows and integration. Strong peer support during big projects.

Areas for improvement

Long hours during go-lives, pay and promotion pace were disappointing, and company culture felt siloed in my region.
