What I liked
At Chandak Group I appreciate the clear project processes and strong safety culture. Leadership is supportive, there are good learning opportunities on complex projects and travel allowances are reasonable.
Areas for improvement
Frequent site visits can be tiring and sometimes approvals take longer because multiple stakeholders are involved.
