What I liked

Friendly sales team, excellent training when I joined, and a solid product that helps close deals. Leadership is approachable and compensation includes good commission plans.

Areas for improvement

Quarter-end can be stressful, target changes sometimes feel sudden, and internal processes could be streamlined.

What I liked
