Senior Software Engineer Review
What I liked
Smart, collaborative engineering teams and strong emphasis on mentorship. Good modern tech stack and opportunities to own features. CyberArk supports learning — conference budgets and internal training were helpful.
Areas for improvement
Compensation could be more competitive for the Boston market and cross-team processes are sometimes slow. Occasional late product release sprints mean long hours.

What I liked
CyberArk has a great product which makes selling easier — security decision-makers know the brand. Strong sales engineering support, good benefits and flexible remote working. Lots of accounts with clear upsell potential.
Areas for improvement
Quota is aggressive at times and onboarding for new reps could be more structured. Promotions are possible but can take time and depend on headcount cycles.
