Senior Physics Teacher Review
What I liked
Passionate students and a decent academic framework. There were good opportunities to design labs and extra classes; PD sessions helped me update my teaching style.
Areas for improvement
Compensation has not kept pace with responsibilities, promotion path for senior teachers is unclear, and sometimes internal politics affect morale. Work hours can extend beyond school times frequently.
