What I liked

Supportive team, regular design critiques, and hands-on mentorship from leads. Plenty of ownership on product features — great place to grow as a designer at DESIGNCO.

Areas for improvement

Compensation is slightly below market for senior roles. Occasionally tight deadlines before releases.
