Site Engineer Review
What I liked
Hands-on engineering work at a large project, solid safety culture, good on-the-job training and mentoring. DOGUS SOMA JV invests in equipment and technical courses which helped me grow quickly.
Areas for improvement
Long shifts during peak construction and living near the site can be tiring. Decision-making can be slow because of multiple stakeholders.
HR Specialist Review
What I liked
Very respectful and safety-focused culture. Colleagues are supportive and HR processes are well documented. The company prioritizes employee wellbeing and has clear compliance standards.
Areas for improvement
Salary increases were slower than expected and promotion paths for HR generalists are limited. Middle management consistency varies between sites.
