What I liked

Electrolab is a small, focused electronics company where engineers get real ownership of products. Managers are supportive, the hybrid work policy is flexible, and I’ve had chances to own PCB design, system bring-up and coordinate with firmware teams. Good learning curve and you can see your work go into shipping products — that’s motivating.

Areas for improvement

Compensation and perks lag behind bigger companies, and promotion cycles can be slow and informal. We do get occasional long sprints before releases. HR/policies feel a bit immature at times as the company scales.
