What I liked
Small, tight-knit team with lots of hands-on work. Managers are approachable and there are good opportunities to learn about ethical sourcing and product metrics. Hybrid policy is flexible and helps maintain work-life balance. Plenty of cross-functional exposure for a mid-size company.
Areas for improvement
