What I liked
Supportive manager, strong data-driven culture, lots of learning opportunities and peer mentorship. Finar invests in training and conferences and the hybrid policy is flexible which helps balance personal commitments. The product team is focused and pragmatic — you get to own features end-to-end.
Areas for improvement
Compensation is slightly below market for senior roles and promotion timelines can be inconsistent. During product launches there's occasional overtime and decision-making can slow when multiple stakeholders are involved.
