What I liked

Very supportive engineering team and clear product focus. Managers invest in mentorship and career development. Flexible hybrid policy and solid benefits (health, 401k). Good autonomy on tech decisions and opportunities to work on meaningful parts of the HelloSign product.

Areas for improvement

Occasional shifts in priorities because of parent company alignment, and meetings can stack up during major launches. Compensation is competitive but could be more aggressive for senior levels in the Bay Area.

What I liked

Great team camaraderie and lots of learning about SaaS product adoption. Leadership cares about customer outcomes and the onboarding processes are well thought out. I had opportunities to move laterally and was promoted once during my time.

Areas for improvement

Workload could be heavy at times, especially during quarter ends. Salary growth felt slower than market pace. After acquisition-related changes some processes became more centralized which added more internal reporting.
