What I liked
Great place to learn product thinking end-to-end. At Housr you get ownership of meaningful features, supportive managers who give autonomy, and a small team where your work visibly impacts users. Flexible hybrid policy and a friendly office in Bengaluru make collaboration easy.
Areas for improvement
Compensation is okay but not always competitive with bigger startups; promotion paths are informal and can feel slow. We also have sprint-driven crunches around launches which occasionally means long hours.
