What I liked
Good exposure to HR tech and recruitment tools, supportive immediate manager, flexible hybrid policy, frequent learning sessions and workshops. As a small firm, you get to own projects end-to-end and learn multiple parts of HR quickly.
Areas for improvement
Career progression and promotion criteria are vague, compensation is average compared to market, sometimes processes feel ad-hoc and stretched when headcount spikes. Occasional long hours during hiring drives.
