What I liked
Great team culture in the engineering group, flexible hybrid policy, exposure to modern e-learning tech stack. Hurix Digital gives hands-on experience building scalable content platforms and regular tech talks.
Areas for improvement
Salary is slightly below market for Bengaluru engineers, and sometimes product priorities shift quickly which causes crunches. Performance review cycle can be opaque.
