What I liked

Supportive manager and very hands-on mentorship. Good exposure to product strategy and cross-functional work at Ind Innovations, excellent learning curve for mid-career PMs.

Areas for improvement

Compensation is a bit below market for senior product roles. Processes can be informal and change quickly — which is exciting but sometimes chaotic. Limited clarity on promotion timelines.
