What I liked

Excellent learning curve in vaccine research, opportunities to present at conferences, supportive mentors and a clear focus on quality. Indian Immunologicals gives good exposure to biologics development.

Areas for improvement

Sometimes processes are slow due to multiple approvals; lab resources can be limited during high workload.
