What I liked
Strong engineering culture, excellent mentoring, flexible hours and solid benefits. Leadership cares about delivering value to customers and there are many opportunities to work on impactful projects.
Areas for improvement
Cross-functional priorities can shift rapidly and there are a lot of meetings across time zones sometimes. Career ladder details could be clearer for some IC paths.
