What I liked
Strong data culture — access to production data, great tooling, and interesting problems around tax behavior and fraud detection. Leadership values data-driven decisions, and there's room to grow your technical skills.
Areas for improvement
There are a lot of meetings and alignment across product teams can slow down experimental work. Sometimes hard to get quick answers from regulatory/legal partners.

Seasons get intense — long hours during tax season. Pay is okay but not great considering the seasonal workload. Burnout risk if you're on the frontline during peak months.
