Hands-on environment, clear SOPs on the shop floor, supportive supervisors and steady shift structure. ITL Industries invests in safety and basic training which helped me ramp up quickly.

Areas for improvement

Salary is on the average side compared to market, occasional weekend rotations and long hours during peak orders.
