What I liked
Supportive product leadership, strong focus on procurement innovation, lots of international collaboration and training. Ivalua invests in conferences and certifications which helped my career growth.
Areas for improvement
Compensation could be more competitive compared to big SaaS players and decision-making can be slow when many global stakeholders are involved.
