What I liked

Supportive manager, modern engineering stack, and a flexible hybrid policy. I’ve had chances to work on Ivanti Neurons-related features and cross-team projects which helped grow my product and security skills. Benefits and the parental leave were solid compared to smaller startups.

Areas for improvement

Compensation is below market for my region, and there are occasional reorgs after acquisitions which disrupt priorities. Meetings can pile up in sprint weeks.

What I liked

Good exposure to Ivanti Service Manager and endpoint management tools. Team was helpful and customers were active which made the work interesting. Initial training was structured and there were chances to own incident processes.

Areas for improvement

Career progression felt slow and promotions were infrequent. During major incidents the hours were long and sometimes coordination with global teams was chaotic. After a few acquisitions there were layoffs that affected morale.
