Hands-on construction experience, strong mentoring from senior engineers, good safety standards on site and timely salaries. Real exposure to large infrastructure projects which helped my skill growth.

Areas for improvement

Approval processes can be slow and there's a fair bit of paperwork. During critical phases you may have to work long shifts.
