What I liked
Small team, strong mission around mental wellness. At Jivo Wellness I had real ownership of features and the leadership is accessible which made decision-making fast.
Areas for improvement
Compensation is below market and raises are slow. No formal career ladder yet and launch weeks can be very intense with long hours.
