Senior Software Engineer Review
What I liked
Good product focus and a modern tech stack. Teams are generally collaborative and managers are supportive. Flexible hours and a decent hybrid policy make work-life balance achievable. Plenty of opportunities to learn about intelligent automation and OCR-based solutions.
Areas for improvement
Salary bands feel conservative compared to market. Post-merger processes can be slow and there are a lot of meetings at times. Internal tooling and approvals could be streamlined.

What I liked
The product is strong and customers love the capabilities. Cross-functional teams are helpful and there are good training resources. Remote work is allowed and benefits are reasonable.
Areas for improvement
Frequent reorganizations after acquisitions made career progression unclear. Compensation is below market for the role and promotion criteria are not always transparent. Communication from some senior leaders could be more consistent.
