Senior Product Manager Review

ProductFull-timeHybrid
Jul 15, 2025

What I liked

Clear product vision, supportive leadership, and lots of opportunities to own features. KrazyBee provides great access to customer data and mentorship. Flexible hours help with work-life balance.

Areas for improvement

Compensation is slightly below market for senior PMs and hiring can be slow. Sometimes too many meetings during release weeks.

Software Engineer I Review

EngineeringFull-timeOn-site
Jun 2, 2025

What I liked

Good tech stack exposure (React, Node), fast-paced sprints and helpful seniors who review code. I learned a lot in a short time and got to work on production features frequently.

Areas for improvement

Before major launches there were long hours and occasional last-minute scope changes. Career ladder could be more transparent for juniors.

Customer Support Executive Review

Customer SupportFull-timeOn-site
Mar 28, 2025

What I liked

Friendly teammates, decent training programs and clear SOPs for handling queries. Management is open to feedback and there are internal mobility options.

Areas for improvement

Work can be repetitive and KPI pressure is high during peak months. Salary increments have been slow and the break policy is inconsistent across teams.
