What I liked

Friendly colleagues and clear day-to-day tasks. The onboarding training at Lauren Information Technologies was structured and helped me get up to speed. Decent documentation and steady workload most weeks.

Areas for improvement

Contract pay was below industry averages and there was little room for raises. Management could be micromanaging at times and the promotion path for contract staff was unclear. On-site weekend requirements happened occasionally which hurt work-life balance.
