What I liked
Flexible hours and a true hybrid policy, supportive leadership who give autonomy, good opportunities to lead small cross-functional projects. Layam Flexi Solutions encourages learning and I was able to upskill in analytics and user research.
Areas for improvement
Salary growth is slower than expected and raises are modest; resource constraints mean people wear many hats which can get stressful during releases. Onboarding documentation could be cleaner.
