What I liked
Great exposure to enterprise-scale testing and product quality processes. Colleagues are helpful and there is a clear focus on technical excellence. Good tools for automation.
Areas for improvement
Salary growth and formal promotion cycles are slower than expected. During major releases weeks can be stressful with long hours.
