Product Manager Review
What I liked
ManyChat cares about customer feedback and moves fast on product improvements. Leadership is supportive, the roadmap is clear, and there are lots of opportunities to learn modern product processes. Remote flexibility and good benefits make it easy to balance life with work.
Areas for improvement
Occasionally we get swamped during big launches and meetings can stack up. Cross-team processes could be smoother between design and engineering.

What I liked
Working at ManyChat gave me hands-on experience with chatbots and messaging platform internals. The team was friendly, remote-first, and I liked the chance to collaborate with product and marketing on customer issues. Good learning opportunities overall.
