What I liked

Small, close-knit team and lots of hands-on exposure to EV hardware. Managers are approachable and decisions move quickly which is great for prototyping.

Areas for improvement

Compensation is below market; expect occasional weekend crunches. Processes are still being formalized so there's some rework and ambiguity on ownership.
