What I liked
Good project exposure and clear processes for client delivery. Compensation is fair and there are chances for internal moves and promotions.

Workload spikes during go-lives (long hours) and some teams follow very rigid processes which can slow innovation.

Smart colleagues and technically challenging projects. Good exposure to enterprise customers and legacy systems.
Areas for improvement
Micromanagement from seniors, slow decision making, frequent reassignments and burnout during large programs. Compensation was not competitive which led to my exit.
