Product Manager Review
What I liked
Supportive leadership, clear product vision, fast decision cycles. Small team means you get to own features end-to-end and learn cross-functional skills. Flexible hours and the hybrid policy make balancing work and family easier. Good internal communication and a friendly, startup-like culture.
Areas for improvement
Compensation is below market for product roles, limited formal process for promotions, and sometimes resources are tight which leads to occasional long stretches of high workload. Onboarding could be more structured for new hires.
