Site Reliability Engineer Review

SRE / DevOpsFull-timeOn-site
Aug 28, 2025

What I liked

Interesting problems to solve, good observability tooling (of course). Engineering teams are collaborative when it matters.

Areas for improvement

Sometimes understaffed which leads to long on-call weeks; career ladders for SRE are not well communicated.

EngineeringFull-timeHybrid
Jun 10, 2025

What I liked

Great engineering culture, clear product metrics, managers trust engineers to pick the right tools. Good learning budget and regular tech talks.

Areas for improvement

Occasional sprint crunches around big launches and some legacy services that need clean-up.

Customer Success Manager Review

Customer SuccessFull-timeRemote
Mar 15, 2025

What I liked

Supportive teammates and leadership, strong focus on customer outcomes, flexible remote setup. Plenty of resources for onboarding new customers.

Areas for improvement

Compensation could be more competitive for the region and title; promotion timelines are sometimes slow.

Product Manager Review

ProductFull-timeFlexible
Jan 12, 2025

What I liked

Clear product vision, cross-functional teams that actually collaborate, access to user telemetry makes prioritisation easier.

Areas for improvement

Decision making can be slow when multiple stakeholders are involved; occasionally too many roadmap changes.
