What I liked

Supportive leadership, clear product vision, and a lot of opportunity to learn. Niine invests in training and there are regular product workshops. Hybrid policy and flexible hours help maintain work-life balance. Team is friendly and collaborative.

Areas for improvement

Compensation is a bit below market for mid/senior PMs and HR processes can be slow. Sometimes stakeholders change priorities quickly which can be frustrating.

Areas for improvement

Long hours during sprints, unclear career progression and slow raises. Decision making can be bureaucratic and communication between teams could improve. Overall felt like there was potential but not enough investment in engineering career paths.
