What I liked
Smart engineering team, strong focus on identity and access management, good mentorship. OneLogin invests in conferences and learning budgets which helped my growth.
Areas for improvement
Compensation lags market in some bands and cross-team processes can be slow at times. Occasionally deadlines are tight.
