What I liked
Great product — PacketFabric's on-demand connectivity and dark fiber marketplace make selling easier. Strong technical enablement and cross-team collaboration with engineering. Good exposure to enterprise networking and cloud interconnects.
Areas for improvement
Compensation plan can feel conservative given long sales cycles, and promotion paths for individual contributors are not always clear. Busy quarters require long hours and travel.
