Senior Software Engineer Review
What I liked
Great product focus and technical ownership. Managers trust engineers to make decisions, and the hybrid setup lets me balance family and focused work. Strong emphasis on monitoring best practices with PRTG, lots of interesting challenges and good internal knowledge sharing.
Areas for improvement
Small company ladder can feel limited if you want rapid title changes. Occasional cross-team communication gaps, but leadership is receptive to improvements.

What I liked
