What I liked

Great engineering culture focused on identity and SSO. Supportive manager, modern tech stack (Kubernetes, Go, React), and many opportunities to contribute to open architecture decisions. Flexible schedule and a good hybrid policy—helps balance focused work and team collaboration. Strong emphasis on security and product quality.

Areas for improvement

As the company grows there is more process and occasional red tape. Compensation is decent but could be more aggressive for senior ICs in competitive markets. Some teams have too many meetings during product pushes.

Areas for improvement

Frequent reorganizations made quotas and territories shift often. Communication from leadership could be more consistent, and promotion paths felt unclear. Quota pressure was high during some quarters and product feature timelines sometimes delayed deals.
