What I liked
Strong engineering culture and ownership of projects. Procore Technologies invests in training — lots of opportunities to learn modern cloud architectures and construction software workflows. Benefits are solid and leadership communicates a clear product vision. I appreciate flexible hybrid days and a supportive manager who focuses on career growth.
Areas for improvement
Occasionally tight deadlines around major releases and the on-call rotation can be draining. Salary growth is steady but not always market-leading. Meetings can pile up during cross-functional sprints.

What I liked
Product-market fit is strong — customers love the Procore platform, which makes selling easier. Great peers and plenty of customer-facing learning. Travel and client work were interesting, and I learned a lot about construction project management and stakeholder relationships.
Areas for improvement
