What I liked
Supportive team leads, flexible hybrid policy, good exposure to newer technologies and internal trainings. S2 Infotech gives clear deadlines and decent work-life balance most weeks.

Salary growth is slower than market; appraisals can be inconsistent across teams. Some internal processes are bureaucratic which slows feature delivery.
