What I liked
Good hands-on exposure on live sites, supportive project managers, strong focus on safety and documentation. Sanmarg Projects invests in training—weekly toolbox talks and occasional external workshops helped me grow technical and managerial skills quickly.
Areas for improvement
Compensation is average compared to some larger firms and salary hikes are slow. During peak deliveries you can expect long days on site. Benefits and formal HR processes could be improved.
