What I liked
Supportive engineering leadership, strong emphasis on mentorship, flexible hours and hybrid setup. Slack Connect invests in developer experience and learning — lots of internal tech talks and a healthy code review culture.
Areas for improvement
Occasional long syncs across multiple time zones and a few product roadmap pivots that cause short-term stress.
