What I liked
Flexible hybrid schedule, good mentorship from senior engineers, modern tech stack and regular knowledge-sharing sessions. Plenty of hands-on projects that helped grow my skills quickly.
Areas for improvement
Compensation is slightly below market for Bangalore, and approvals for tools/process changes can take a while. Occasional last-minute delivery crunches.
