Areas for improvement

Compensation is a bit below market for senior levels and promotion timelines can be slow. Sprint deadlines sometimes get tight which affects work-life balance for short stretches.

What I liked

Good client exposure and learning about enterprise deals. Managers were approachable and I gained a lot of practical stakeholder management experience while at Techouts.

Areas for improvement

Promotion path is unclear for contract roles and sometimes there are last-minute onsite expectations. Communication between some teams could be better which led to rework occasionally.
