What I liked
Hands-on manufacturing experience, clear SOPs and strong focus on safety. Shift leads are supportive and there are practical on-the-job learning opportunities. Vasant Chemicals has consistent processes which make daily work predictable.
Areas for improvement
Salary increments are slower than peers in the industry and there is limited mobility between sites. Some paperwork and approvals can be slow which delays small process improvements.

What I liked
Good exposure to modern analytical instruments and regular training sessions. Colleagues in the QC team are helpful and you get to work on different batches and methods which builds practical skills. Overall lab facilities at Vasant Chemicals are well-maintained.
Areas for improvement
Promotion cycles are slow and there is quite a bit of bureaucracy when introducing new methods. During audit periods hours can be long and staffing is sometimes tight.
