What I liked

Supportive manager and great peer mentoring. Plenty of hands-on exposure to modern telecom stack and cloud-native network solutions. Training budget is actually used and there are regular brown-bag sessions.

Areas for improvement

Salary hikes are conservative compared to startups, and there are occasional late-night on-call rotations during major rollouts.
